1. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement is a legal arrangement between you (the User) and the operator of [Torque Meter Data Management App] (hereinafter referred to as "we/us"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you are deemed to agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Service Content
Developed specifically for torque measurement and control scenarios, this App is a comprehensive cloud data management system that integrates the following core functions:
- Real-time monitoring and graphical display of torque meter measurement data
- Graphical display of historical data
- Generation and export of historical data reports
- Synchronized query, import and export of data
- Management functions for devices, users, etc.
3. Permission Usage Description
This App only requests the following network-related permissions:
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE (Obtain WiFi Status): Identify the device's current network connection status to ensure service stability;
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (Obtain Network Status): Detect the overall network connection of the device;
CHANGE_WIFI_STATE (Modify WiFi Status): Automatically restore connection only when network abnormalities occur (e.g., WiFi reconnection after disconnection).
We will not collect any personal identification information through the aforementioned permissions, which are solely used for network status detection and management.
4. User Rights and Obligations
- You have the right to use all service functions of this App
- You have the right to refuse non-essential permission requests (this App has no other permission requirements)
- You must ensure that your usage complies with laws and regulations and shall not use the App for illegal or irregular purposes
5. Disclaimer
This App only provides technical services and does not guarantee full adaptation to specific scenarios. You are responsible for verifying compliance on your own;
In case of service interruption caused by force majeure (such as network failures, device system issues), we shall not be liable for compensation but will provide technical assistance.
6. Modification and Termination of Agreement
- We reserve the right to adjust this Agreement in accordance with laws and regulations. Modified terms will be announced through in-App notifications
- You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon termination, we will no longer be liable for related responsibilities
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt to resolve them through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings at the people's court where the operator is located.
